    After you write

How a first conversation actually goes

A useful reply needs a problem, not a slogan. Tell us what is slow, manual, or missing today: a spreadsheet the team no longer trusts, a website that cannot take the enquiry, a mobile app that does not share accounts with the web product, or an AI idea that still needs a person to approve the result. If you already have a deadline or a budget range, include it. If you do not, say so. We would rather start from an honest gap than a guessed number.

The first response is a practical next step. That can be a short call, a written list of questions, or a note that the work is outside what we take on. We do not send a generic package of hours. Custom software, Android and iOS apps, web applications, and AI features are scoped separately because the risk is different. A marketing site for a contractor is not the same project as a portal with roles, approvals, and a later assistant on one screen.

Meetings can be remote. If you are in Jaipur and a face-to-face start helps, the office is Naman Residency 2, Krishna Sagar Colony, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 IST. That address is the company location. It is not an invitation to treat this contact page as a ranking page for another city. Clients outside Jaipur get the same written scope and the same engineers. Phone is (+91) 979-910-2494. Email is contact@insidetechsoft.com. The form on this page reaches the same inbox.

What we need from you before a proposal is specific. Name the users, the tools you already pay for, and whether this is a new build or a change to something in production. If documents, customer records, or payments are involved, say who is allowed to see them and who must confirm a change before it is saved. We will not promise an unsupervised agent, a ranking increase, or a fixed launch date before the scope is written down.

After the proposal, the work moves in milestones you can review. You see the product, not only a status line. Launch includes the handover your team needs to run it, and support after launch is available when you want the same people to stay with the system. If the right next step is smaller than a full build — a repair, an integration, or a decision to wait — we will say that.

Send the note when you are ready. Include links to the current site or app if one exists, and the name of the person who can answer follow-up questions. We read what you send and reply with the next concrete step, or with a clear reason we are not the right team.
